TCU Energy Institute for Mineral and Royalty Owners Being Held at McMurry University
The Energy Institute at Texas Christian University is conducting a three-day training program for mineral and royalty owners in Abilene and West Central Texas. The program is being held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, September 22-24, in the Garrison Campus Center on the McMurry campus.The first course, The Foundation of Energy Law in Texas, will be held on September 22. The second course will be Leasing the Mineral Estate on September 23. The final course is Critical Issues after Production Begins on September 24.The ROP instructor is Glen Webb, an experienced attorney and mineral owner who lives in the Abilene area. The non-degreed, adult education program is aimed at mineral owners who want to level the playing field and get everything that they are entitled to when they interact with oil and gas companies.
