Ed Oleksiak joined HolmesMurphy & Associates in 2002. Ed is responsible for developing and managingclient relationships in Corporate Benefits, as well as advising clients onregulatory and benefits compliance matters. Ed’s extensive experience inmanaging the administration, budgeting, and planning of welfare benefit plansalong with his legal expertise enables him to offer a unique perspective onlegislative and compliance issues affecting employers. Prior to joining HolmesMurphy: * Ed has over 20 years experience in Human Resources. *Ed was the Vice President of HR for a $400 million retail business withover 100 locations nationwide. In that role, he was responsible for all aspectsof HR and safety including employment, labor relations, salary and benefitsadministration, organizational development, and regulatory compliance. {{more}} Earlier in his career, Edmanaged benefit plans for an employer with more than 10,000 active employeesand 7,000 retirees.
